What we do
Commercial and residential, inside and out
Everything on my card and then some. Tell me what you have in mind and I will tell you straight whether paint is the right fix.
Interior painting
Walls, ceilings, trim, doors and stairwells. I cover the furniture, protect the floors, and put everything back before I leave.
Exterior painting
Wash, scrape, prime and coat. Wood, aluminum, brick and vinyl, and I cut the trim and soffits in by hand.
Cabinet restoration
I pull the doors, degrease, sand and refinish them for a factory-smooth result. A new kitchen look without a new kitchen price.
Drywall repairs
Nail pops, cracks, water stains and holes. I patch and blend them so the fix disappears under the finish coat.
Powerwashing
Siding, decks, drives and walkways. On its own, or as my first step before an exterior repaint.
Commercial work
Offices, storefronts, rentals and common areas. I schedule around your hours so your doors stay open.

How a job runs
Four steps, no mystery
You will know the price before I start, and you will see me at the end to confirm you are happy with it.
Walkthrough and written price
I come out, measure, and talk through colors and sheens with you. You get a written quote with the prep spelled out, not just a number on the back of a card.
Prep, which is most of the work
I cover and mask, wash or powerwash, fill holes, caulk gaps, sand and spot prime. Most paint jobs that fail early come back to prep somebody skipped.
Two coats, cut in by hand
Quality paint, two full coats unless we agree otherwise, and I cut every edge by hand rather than taping it and hoping.
Walk it together
We go room by room together. Anything you flag I fix before I load the truck, and you do not pay the balance until it is right.

Twenty-five years in, I still run every job myself. Plenty of outfits send whoever is free that week — the man who quoted your job should be the man holding the brush.
